• Health and fitness data — age, weight, height, activity level, goal, and nutrition data you enter into the app. This data is stored to personalise your plan.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and time spent in the app, collected via Google Analytics to help us improve the product.
• Payment information — if you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Cashfree. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and save your personalised nutrition plan.
• To remember your progress, settings, and preferences across sessions.
• To process Pro plan payments securely via Cashfree.
• To understand how people use the app and improve it over time.
• To send you important updates about your account (no spam).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Analytics — for usage tracking (anonymised)
• Cashfree — for payment processing
• Supabase — for data storage and authentication
• Google Sign-In — for authentication (optional)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Delete your account at any time from within the app.
