1. Who Can Use NutriShout

You must be at least 13 years old to use NutriShout. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please use the app with parental guidance.

2. Not a Medical Service

NutriShout provides general nutrition information and tools for educational purposes only. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement use — especially if you have a medical condition.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

4. Free and Pro Plans

NutriShout offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro features are available only to active subscribers. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the app or its content.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within NutriShout — including text, design, features, and code — is the property of NutriShout and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NutriShout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following the app's recommendations.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
